If for any reason you are unhappy with your printed poster project please contact us immediately at Please reference your order number so we can find your order confirmation and submitted files in our system. Our goal is 100% poster satisfaction.

Because all posters are printed custom for you we do not offer refunds, but will replace your posters at no charge under any of the following conditions.

Damaged During Shipping
If your posters have been damaged in shipping, please notify us within 7 days and we will reprint and reship your posters within 3 business days at no additional charge. If needed sooner, please tell us and we will try to accommodate. Please send us a photo of the damaged posters and your order number to

Production Errors
If your posters were produced incorrectly, such as trimmed to wrong final size or printed on incorrect paper stock, we will reprint and reship your within 3 business days at no additional charge. Please advise us of the error at Please include your order number. Refunds will not be given for color adjustments. We are a G7 master certified color print facility and audited by a third party color specialist annually. Color errors are a result of user file set-up, not our printing procedures.
